About the sculpture collection:
The sculpture collection comprises around twenty items. They are carved or cast from various materials – stone, wood and metal. Some items are held within the archaeological and social history collections. Within the art collection the star items are Mona and Friga, two of the 18th century Anglo Saxon deities from Stowe Landscape Gardens by John Michael Rysbrack.
